Service is provided via remote maintenance, and thanks to immediate hardware replacement there are hardly any interruptions. Adega operates a 7×24h support and maintenance center for this purpose. Most cases can be resolved immediately, the rest usually within a few hours. Electronic payments online and via the EFT terminals can also be configured and maintained.
